FF&E PackageWe consider every element of the customer experience for F&B outlets and hospitality design and every personal priority for private residences, sourcing and procuring the perfect furniture, fixture and equipment including; lighting, window treatments, ironmongery, sanitary ware, accessories and artwork to complete any project. |
Concept PackageSupporting your desired interior design scheme with a concept package (stage 2 only) by building a narrative surrounding the brief; forging a multifaceted in-depth story focused on detailed research on; the site location, culture, demographics, target market and current trends and materials. |
Graphic DesignExecuting the 2d design is just as important as the 3d. To ensure synergy between the two disciplines for a complete experience our in-house team work with the concept to deliver the graphics and wayfinding. |
Bespoke furnitureDeslyn Studio can design and work closely with experienced craftsmen to produce high quality custom furniture with considered form and function. |

Our preferred suppliers makes for an easy process and they can be called upon and appointed on a project by project basis. ArtworkWe find and source appropriate works through our extensive network of reliable and discerning contacts. Offering a variety of artwork, we also offer commissioned works with our in-house artist specialising in abstract paints. |

Process
1. Consider
Some clients have a strong brief, others may need help defining one. We research, study and educate ourselves on the property, brand, consumer and locality to provide a strong rationale that will inform the final design solution.
2. Cues
We think far and wide on how to create a strong narrative that depicts the brief. This story is crucial in executing a successful project. Every detail, material, item of furniture, lighting and artwork will be chosen based on these concept cues.
3. Continue
Post project delivery we ensure we have a debrief to discuss what worked, what could have been improved and analyse the consumer response to ensure we continue to grow, engage with the right contractors and suppliers and improve our processes.
4. Craft
Using reliable suppliers and tradesmen with years of expertise, we sample, procure and realise all projects through our ‘white pages’ of contacts.
